Garnacha, Merlot and Syrah
Wine made from grapes harvested manually at its optimum maturation stage and health status.
Part of the must is obtained by draining and the other by bleeding the grape and encubado in tanks until obtaining the desired fruit and color.
After a slight decantation the must is seeded by selected yeasts. Fermented at controlled temperature below 18ºC. Store in tanks until bottled.
Light pink color with violet highlights. Intense aromas of forest fruits (blackberry, raspberry, cassis and fresh strawberry). In the mouth the wine is elegant, balanced and persistent with a good acidity.
