The essence that defines the unique character of our cavas is the "coupage" of the best wines selected from native grapes (macabeo, xarel·lo and parellada), as well as the craftsmanship in the process of elaboration, with a long and careful aging in samples cavas following the hereditary wine and wine tradition of the family Torrallardona i Cardús.

  • Origin: The grape varieties that compose this"coupatge" are produced in the Alt Penedés.

  • "Coupatge": Xarel·lo (30%) Macabea (40%) and Parellada (30%).
  • Elaboration of the cava: Second fermentation in bottle at 17º constant temperature in our buried caverns and with the rest with the soils produced with a minimum of 36 months that gives its characteristic vessel.
  • Liquors in expedition liqueur: No added sugars.
  • Graduation: 11.5º
  • Tasting temperature: Between 6 and 8 ºC
